This flagship hotel features a modern design, 188 spacious suites, amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, over 7,500 square feet of meeting and event space and a 2,500 square foot rooftop restaurant and bar and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The hotel opens December 2023 and is located at 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801.

The Role:

As a Public Area Attendant, you’re not just cleaning spaces – you’re the guardian of our guests’ first impressions, ensuring that every area of our hotel shines! 

What You'll Do:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces within the hotel, from the lobby to the hallways.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring that each space reflects our commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the housekeeping team to ensure a consistent level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
• Embrace the challenge of delivering a sparkling first impression to our guests in a dynamic hotel setting.

Your Skills and Style:

• Your dedication to cleanliness is unwavering – you're the guardian of our hotel's shine.
• Diligence and attention to detail are your hallmarks – you ensure that every public space is a welcoming haven.
• Previous experience as a Public Area Attendant or in housekeeping is a plus, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic.
• You excel in a fast-paced hotel environment, maintaining your focus under pressure.
• Strong communication skills ensure effective coordination with the housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Your schedule flexibility means you're open to weekends and holidays.
