It’s an approachable hangout spot for locals and an inventive, only-in-Asheville setting for visitors. The Role:

As a Bartender, you’re not just mixing drinks – you’re crafting liquid artistry that complements the breathtaking mountain views, creating an experience that’s as memorable as it is flavorful. 

What You'll Do:

• Craft and curate a range of cocktails that cater to our diverse clientele.
• Provide exceptional service, engaging with guests to ensure their preferences are met.
• Be a storyteller behind the bar, sharing the inspiration and stories behind each creation.
• Master the art of flair and precision, ensuring consistent quality in every pour.
• Collaborate with the bar team and waitstaff to create a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Maintain a well-organized bar area, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and equipment is clean.
• Elevate the guest experience by offering recommendations and creating personalized moments.

 Your Skills and Style:

• Your mixology skills are second to none – you're a cocktail enthusiast with a creative touch.
• Charisma and charm are your trademarks, making guests feel welcome and valued.
• Previous experience as a Bartender, especially in upscale or rooftop settings, is a plus.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping your cool under pressure.
• Attention to detail ensures your cocktails are as visually stunning as they are delicious.
• Communication is your cocktail shaker – you interact effortlessly with both guests and team.
