Job Title: Appliances Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime shift
Compensation: Starting Pay: $15.00, depending on experience and qualifications

Position Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and organized Appliances Coordinator to join our team. The Appliances Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of our appliances department, including inventory management, sales coordination, customer service, and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliances sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities
1.Inventory Management:
•Maintain accurate inventory records of all appliances in stock.
•Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
•Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and manage incoming shipments.
•Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
2.Sales Coordination:
•Assist customers with selecting the right appliances for their needs.
•Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
•Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
•Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely delivery and installation of appliances.
•Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
3.Customer Service:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to appliances.
•Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
•Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding product features, warranties, and maintenance.
4.Vendor Relations:
•Cultivate strong relationships with appliance manufacturers and suppliers.
•Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors to optimize profitability.
•Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and technology advancements.
•Coordinate promotional events and product demonstrations with vendors to drive sales.
5.Administrative Tasks:
•Maintain organized records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and vendor communications.
•Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
•Assist with pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Knowledges, Skills and Abilities
•Comprehensive understanding of various types of appliances, their features, functionalities, and applications.
•Proficiency in inventory control methods, including inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and conducting audits.
•Familiarity with sales processes, including product presentation, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
•Knowledge of effective customer service techniques, including active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
•Understanding of vendor relations principles, including negotiation, contract management, and vendor performance evaluation.
•Awareness of current trends, innovations, and developments in the appliances industry.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
•Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
•Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management, order processing, and customer interactions.
•Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop practical solutions to address challenges.
•Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.

Education, Qualifications, Licensing Requirements
High school diploma. GED, or equivalent.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain the license with an acceptable driving record.
Management Preference
Previous experience in appliances sales or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Bilingual skills (English and Spanish).
Working Conditions
The Appliance Coordinator will primarily work in an office environment but may also spend time visiting construction sites, client offices, or attending industry events. The position may require occasional travel within the designated sales territory to meet with clients or attend meetings.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods, especially during site visits or events. Must be able to lift and carry materials or samples weighing up to 50 pounds. Comfortable with using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers for extended periods. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for tasks such as typing, writing, and handling product samples. May need to navigate construction sites or other potentially hazardous environments, so awareness of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them is essential.
