Description
ParkMyFleet has an immediate need for a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable with taking the initiative to problem solve to join the corporate team in our rapidly growing company. Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the onboarding of our newest client through ensuring accurate inventory records, compliance with our client’s SLA and problem solving. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining precise inventory records. We are eager to find a Site Supervisor who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented, organization-focused mindset to handle the changing nature of our organization and the workforce.
Responsibilities
- Possesses and demonstrates a positive approach toward achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Establishes effective relationships and communications both internally and externally with persons of all backgrounds and organizational levels.
- Updates inventory management systems with appropriate statuses in real time, resolving various discrepancies between systems.
- Evaluating vehicle conditions and managing appropriate action plans.
- Mentors and trains new members of the team to meet or exceed program standards.
- Manages employees’ performance to set SLAs, Standard Work Checklists, and other KPIs.
- Creates and manages schedules including coverage gaps and scheduling of inventory management related issues.
- Seeks ways to improve and promote quality with existing and/or future innovations.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of inventory management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team in addition to meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive decision making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Management Experience
- Experience with vehicle maintenance
- Experience with any inventory management system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
