Position Title: Retail Back Office Application Support
Team and Location: Information Technology - position may be located in Salt Lake City (UT), Miami (FL), Nampa (ID), or Minot (ND)
Position Summary:
The Application Support role will be responsible for providing application support to Parkland’s internal customers, stores, partners, suppliers, and employees using Parkland’s Retail Backoffice System technologies across 100 stores across the USA. This includes working within content standards, assisting with global changes and working in collaboration with the business to implement and maintain the assigned system(s) or product(s) as well as manage user access request for back-office applications and manage daily jobs and monitoring. The Application Analyst plays a critical role in delivering high quality customer service and support to clients. The Application Analyst will be responsible for creating effective solutions to answer business questions, and to manage, implement, and support application solutions to fulfill the business’ current and future needs.
