We are looking for an experienced individual to manage our contract lifecycle with clients and

to guide our internal compliance efforts.

fully integrated parking facility monitoring and compliance management services to the parking

and property management industry. PRRS provides services to over 700 parking locations and

proudly represents national, regional, and local operators and property owners throughout the

United States. Our client owners and parking operators use our monitoring and compliance

services in all types of properties, including commercial lots and garages, municipal facilities,

college and university facilities, airports, hospitals, commercial properties, and residential

buildings.

The Position

This position is responsible for working with our sales and account management team to assist

in every stage of the contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to implementation and

renewal of contracts with clients. Our company firmly believes in operating within the

regulations set by the government and the board of directors, so the contract manager in

question must be knowledgeable regarding the laws and regulations surrounding each

particular contract. The ideal contract manager will look at the contract lifecycle from a holistic

point of view, with accuracy, objectivity and integrity. In addition, this individual will examine,

evaluate, and investigate conformity with laws and regulations governing contract compliance

of licenses and permits, and perform other compliance inspection and analysis activities not

classified elsewhere.

This position reports to the CEO.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, good strategic thinking, excellent

communication skills, and strong leadership skills.

Contract Manager Responsibilities:

 Draft, monitor and review contracts with clients and partners.

 Collaborate with outside counsel to refine contract templates and resolve open

negotiation points.

 Provide essential contract management services, by resolving conflicts, providing legal

advice and renewing and redrafting contracts.

 Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the status of the contract

reviews and negotiations.

 Manage a contract database and report on the status of renewals and contract updates.

 Direct the preparation and submission of regulatory agency applications, reports, or

correspondence.

 Provide regulatory guidance to departments or development project teams regarding

design, development, evaluation, or marketing of products.

 Implement or monitor complaint processing systems to ensure effective and timely

resolution of all complaint investigations.

 Investigate complaints and prepare documentation and submissions to appropriate

regulatory agencies as necessary.

 Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations, including proposed and final rules.

 Monitor emerging trends regarding industry regulations to determine potential impacts

on organizational processes.

 Develop and maintain standard operating procedures or local working practices.

 Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with Asura and Operating teams to

address.

 Provide required reports and other requested deliverables in a timely manner and with

thoroughness and completeness.

Contract Manager Requirements:

 Certification or specialization in contract law

 Working knowledge of contract management systems or software

 Ability to multi-task and work independently.

 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts and legal documents.

 Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory

agencies, or members of the business community.

 Demonstrable skill in negotiating contracts.

 Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or

board of directors.

 Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

 Ability to prioritize tasks and tactfully negotiate priority with end users.

 Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
