As a Valet Senior Guest Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our valet team, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional guest service and consistently exceeding guest expectations. YResponsibilities include overseeing the hiring, training, and discipline/accountability of staff, cultivating relationships with associates and managing each account, handling revenue, payroll, and claims, and actively participating in shifts. This role is classified as a senior manager position and involves responsibilities across multiple sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work a minimum of 40 hours on-site at account(s).
  • Create the weekly valet schedule for assigned account(s).
  • Assume a leadership role for one primary site; coach and support the operations of 2-3 additional sites.
  • Bring 5 years of experience in leading and managing large complex operations and/or 2 years in multi-site leadership.
  • Lead the hiring, training, and discipline/accountability process for all staff.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with associates and clients at each assigned account while fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Work shifts, demonstrating proper key handling and overseeing the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles.
  • Serve as a player-coach, actively involved in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure associates are compliant on all onboarding tasks, as well as professionally trained/certified before working their first shift.
  • Identify, coach, and train associates for internal promotion.
  • Conduct a weekly review of associate punches, claimed tips, minimum wage, and car counts. Follow up with associates and correctly submit by the established deadline.
  • Manage revenue, payroll, and claims to optimize financial performance.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure associates consistently deliver high-quality service.
  • Be prepared for on-call problem-solving 24/7.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Area Manager or Regional Director.
  • Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of success in leading, motivating, and developing teams
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle guest concerns and complaints effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and hotel management
  • Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes
