• Pay Rate: $18 hourly
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM and Saturdays & Sundays; 4:00AM to 12:00 PM

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Must be able to follow schedule and checklist closely but stay flexible when needed.
• Must be punctual, thorough and have a great work ethic.
• Accurately record all completed tasks.
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment.
• Maintain, repair, clean, dust and mop the building grounds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
