• Your own vehicle, and auto insurance. If hired, you will accept this job knowing that it is fully a requirement to have auto insurance. If for any reason you drive without insurance & it result in an accident Parker Unlimited will not be responsible for any fees.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test. Being drug free is something we stand by as a company. Cleaning is a luxury service, and client's trust our team to come in, do our job efficiently. We will request a drug test randomly with suspicion.
• Hardworking, and dependable. We have a company app where jobs are posted; some jobs we will assign but others are left to be claimed. For both if something comes up you have the ability on the app to offer it for someone else to claim, and if it is a claimable job - don't accept it if you cannot complete the job. Our client's rely on us to be dependable. The FIRST time that you are a no-show or late call in, you will be fired with no previous warning.
• Willing to sign a contract (agreeing that you won't steal our clients, give out company information or release personal information you may encounter while working with us & our clients)

Supplies

STR & RECURRING CLIENTS: Supplies will be left for you at the location. You will need to meet your area lead at the start of day to get supplies for one time cleanings. Supplies must be checked back in at end of day. You will need to supply your own extended duster. You will be reimbursed for it after 20 cleanings / 1 month (whichever comes first) of working with us.

Uniform

Although we do not require a set uniform, we do require our employees to wear their company shirt, wear closed toe and heel shoes (unless they're 1099), either black comfortable stretch pants (not tight but not jogging pants either), or jeans. You can wear black shorts as long as they're below the knee. Hair is to be worn away from the face so it doesn't get in the way of cleaning, you can wear a black, white, or green hat. If you would like to buy a company hat, let us know. Also no jewelry. Within 10 days you are required to purchase a company shirt or we can take it out of your pay *with your permission* if you haven't purchased a company shirt within 10 days we will postpone you accepting jobs until you purchase one. We are a branded company, and as such, we require our employees to be noticeable to our clients. This also adds a safety & trust factor for our client's to be able to recognize that they are letting our company into their home instead of someone else.

Availability

We let you choose what days work best for you. This position is the best side job for someone. You can submit your schedule three weeks in advance and we will assign clients to you based on your availability. However to still receive clients you must be available at least three days a week. If a client is recurring, you will always be assigned to them so of course the more recurring clients you have the more of a stable set job schedule you will have. It is possible to clean for someone that is interested in just a "one time clean", and do such a good job that they become recurring. If you turn a one -time clean into a recurring client, you will receive a bonus.

We recommend this being your side job. If it is not your side job, then we want you to be comfortable enough to be able to start out slow with work, and once we/you feel like you have the hang of it, and we realize we can trust you to take on more work then we will gradually give you more work. You will never work more than 8 hours a day, weekends are as needed, and no holidays.

Requirements:

• your own car, and auto insurance.
• NO kids or friends are allowed to go to our clients homes with you to clean. We let you set your schedule so if you have kids, another job, or school that you can plan accordingly.
• At least 4 years driving experience (we ask for this because you may have to drive in high traffic areas to get to your next job)
• working cell phone with access to download our LHS app (this has available jobs & more important on the job information)
• Hard working & dependable
• Great communication skills
• Trustworthy
• Cleaning experience is a plus but not required (even if your experience is car detailing.) We will train the right employee.
• Must be able to work on your own, quickly & efficiently ; not all jobs will be with a partner
• Must be able to carry up to 50lbs with no assistance
• Have the ability the kneel, climb, stretch, and perform repetitive hand movements (wipe, scrub, etc)

Pay starts at $17.00/hour. Upon evaluation if we feel you are catching on quickly you will receive a raise & will be increased to $18.50/hour. *how we calculate pay, since we techically don't pay by the hour like other industry jobs, you start out receiving jobs that your area lead has cleaned before. Therefore we know about how long it should take to finish cleaning each job. So if we estimate it will take about 5 hours to clean you will make $87.00 off that house. We do this so employees don't get on the job & take longer just to get more pay. However, we don't want you to rush either because we offer our client's a guarantee clean * so you if miss spots, you will be required to go back out to fix it for free. So if you see you cannot finish in the time given, let us know! * Of course bigger jobs will pay more. We will be starting back our parent helper package soon, which will pay out $20/hour. (a parent hires you to wash clothes & fold them, clean the kitchen, clean the kids bathroom, etc. - you will go there to complete that one task & that’s all )

Partial gas reimbursement: weekly we will reload a gas card for you. This is to ONLY be used on gas for work. You will be required to upload copies of gas receipts.
