Parker and Sons is currently seeking a Safety Specialist to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. As a Safety Coordinator for Parker and Sons, you would be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks for our Risk and safety departments. Your responsibilities will include Invoice tracking, claim submittals, and to help coordinate between departments regarding processing of accidentals ie. Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the Running Incident Report
• Update Monthly Bonus Tracker
• SPW Administrator
• Report SPW Compliance Among Organization
• Coordinate SPW Training Curriculum with Loss Prevention Manager
• Log Vendor Invoices & Send to Accounting
• Submit & Manager Claims through SURECONNECT
• Communicate with Insurance Company/Agencies as needed
• Coordinate subcontractor repairs as needed
• Communicate with employees to Instruct Next Steps
• Collect Information on GL Losses
• LYTX Reporting & Summary
• Support Risk & Safety Leadership
• Reporting as requested by Leadership (Daryl/Paul)
• Administrative Tasks

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience helpful, not required
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn our Service Titan software (Window based)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group of people, including technicians, customers, vendors, and co-workers
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Have attention to detail and ensure accuracy with all tasks and reporting
• Ability to ‘think on your feet’- have solid analytical & problem-solving skills
• Must bring a positive mindset to your team and specialty department
• Maintain out “Whatever it Takes” company culture
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision at times
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
