Parker and Sons is currently seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Fleet Administrator are responsible to monitor all driver compliance and report non-compliance, maintain fleet databases and ensure fleet availability for production.

• New Vehicle Assignments
• Existing Vehicle Assignments
• Sold Vehicle Processing
• Fuel Card Management
• Vehicle Maintenance Data Entry

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant experience helpful, not required.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Products, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn our Fleet Management Systems: Service Titan, Holman and Lytx.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group of people, including technicians, vendors, and managers.
• Strong communication and organization skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
• Ability to ‘think on your feet’- have solid analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision at times.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Remain seated for long periods of time in a warehouse setting.
