The primary responsibilities of the position include real estate appraisal related research, data verification, underwriting and report writing. Additional tasks will involve basic administrative assistant duties such as invoicing, account receivables, office management, etc. The candidate must be willing and eager to learn a unique skill set within the real estate industry. Opportunities for advancement include training to become licensed real estate appraiser.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
