Responsibilities :
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide advice, counsel and support for the facility staff on spiritual and / or other matters.
- Provide assistance and advice to administration on ethical healthcare concerns.
- Make resident rounds informing of spiritual care services available.
- Interview and counsel staff who require / request spiritual counseling services.
- Be available by telephone for any special problems that may develop.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis and a calm environment throughout the facility.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all staff and their spiritual care.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements :
- A high school diploma or GED.
