Looking for a service manager to overlook our service department for a family owned dealership. The service manager manages the service department team and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager ensure excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors and ensures repeat customers.
Job Requirements
Must be organized, self-motivated, and willing to go above and beyond for our customers. Must have knowledge in the automotive industry as well as parts/service. Will do some training on ford warranty and recalls. Apply in person or by email.
