Our company is looking for a Service Writer to work in our Service Department. The Customer Service Writer will be responsible for helping customers by communicating information about our products, scheduling service appointments and resolving any reported issues. A successful applicant will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the automotive industry or a related field, but is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Use a customer centric mind to help get people back in their vehicles.
• Verify and report on malfuctions
• Use a variety of softwares and equipment.
• Maintain customer records.
• Perform basic accounting functions.
• Manage inventory control systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
