Parker, Clark and Crumpler Attorneys is Hiring a Real Estate Paralegal Near Suffolk, VA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be experienced with Softpro and Protrust. Accounting and estate knowledge helpful. This is not an entry level position.

Duties:

- Order and review title searches and title binders
- Assist with document review and preparation of documents

-Prepare and balance settlement statements and disburse funds
- Manage and organize documents using document management systems
- Maintain contact with client and involved parties by email and phone
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to contribute to a dynamic legal team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
