Park7 Management LLC is Hiring a Resident Manager Near Waco, TX

We have an opportunity for a Rock Star Resident Manager. The Resident Manager is the face of Park7 Management and the property, and often the first point of contact for prospective residents. This position allows you to build relationships with prospective residents and show them why they should select our property as their home. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and customer service to help us with the property lease up.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:

  • Manage the marketing efforts 
  • Coordinate open houses and other marketing events
  • Manage leasing agents, ensuring team is trained on tours, sending leases, all policy, customer service requirements and guidelines
  • Establishing expectations on follow-through
  • Establishing expectations on communications
  • Ensuring each team member is visually on-brand (appearance/dress code)
  • Bi-weekly staff reviews, holding team members accountable for customer service practices
  • Make sure all shifts are covered for the leasing office
  • Answer phones; greet residents, prospective residents, and vendors
  • Show units to potential residents
  • Prepare move in and move out paperwork and inspections
  • Take resident work orders and help maintain work order logbook
  • Collect rent under supervision of the Property Manager
  • Deliver resident notices and/or newsletters
  • Help maintain property to the company aesthetic standard
  • Assist the Property Manager with move-in inspections
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

YOU COULD BE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU HAVE:

  • A High school diploma or Equivalent
  • LEASE-UP experience
  • Are outgoing, confident, and ready to lease up an exceptional community!!
  • Must have high energy and be self-motivated to lease new, fully furnished apartments

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • 1 to 3 years of general student housing/multi-family housing industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Entrata software experience
  • Ability to address individuals, multitask, and work independently
