We are looking for the best of the best to join our team! Corporate office is based out of New York and is expanding across the country, building high-end mid-rise properties. Applicant will maintain and care for a mixture of 1, 2, 3,4 and 5 bedroom apartments. Applicant should strive to make our clients happy, completing work orders on a timely manner. On call will be required every other week, handling 24 hour emergencies as needed. Lots of room for future growth, as we grow, so join our team today!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON

• Care and upkeep of all rental units, property, and facilities.
• Assisting in maintenance situations.
• Assisting with work orders.
• Upkeep of the grounds (Picking up trash on a daily basis)
• Assisting with turnover; walking units, touch up painting, moving furniture, etc. 
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

• Requires lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds when lifting garbage bags as well as when assisting maintenance personnel with essential maintenance tasks.
• Requires frequent bending and/or stooping when removing debris and trash from property units.
• Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
