Responsibilities:

The Irrigation Technician is responsible for field level management of irrigation systems in multiple locations. The Irrigation Technician must be proficient in performing complex irrigation analysis, troubleshooting, repair, monitoring and water management. Primary tasks performed will include analysis and repair of all components of irrigation systems.

• Installing systems and ensuring that they function efficiently
• Repairing and maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, installing and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing zones and valves and performing pump repairs
• Adhering to Company’s safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied completely through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits

Job Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year experience working with commercial irrigation systems
• Requires a CLT certificate in irrigation
• Strong work ethic
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with customer service
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Irrigation certification a plus

Salary Range:

• $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Newport Beach, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
