Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to seniors
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in your care
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in condition
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity and privacy are respected

Experience:
- Previous experience working with seniors
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of nursing home or assisted living facility procedures and protocols
- Basic understanding of first aid techniques and ability to respond to medical emergencies
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Experience in behavior management techniques is a plus
