**Job Summary: **

**Responsibilities: **
1. Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Help clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
3. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
4. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
5. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
6. Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior.
7. Adhere to care plans and ensure clients receive proper medication and treatments.
8. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide comprehensive care.
**Qualifications: **
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in a direct care role or similar position.
3. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and bending.
6. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
7. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
8. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
