We are seeking a full-time Community Relations Director for our assisted living and memory care to support carrying out our mission to deliver quality care to our residents!

The primary purpose of your job position is to guide customers and life care residents and their families through the Assisted Living and Memory Care sales and move in process. Your role is key in achieving the community’s occupancy & revenue goals. You will be the primary ambassador to the internal & external community for Assisted Living and Memory Care, providing excellence in customer service and building trusted and valued relationships while working in a person-centered community. 

You will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining appropriate sales collateral to ensure information is always accurate. You will understand and know resident status to best manage move ins and outs for the community daily. Will coordinate new resident’s orientation to their new home, and, by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring each resident’s move-in is smooth and successful on a consistent and regular basis. 

Requirements

· Knowledge of sales and services marketing, knowledge and understanding of the senior market and various senior living products. Must exhibit a high degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, teamwork and professional ethics.

· Previous sales experience and successful history in identifying and building relationships with at least one year of selling services.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills

· Computer skills must include proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point Click Care. 

· Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and time management skills.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
