The Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Northwest Conference Center is searching for a Dining Room Attendant/Busser to join our team at our onsite restaurant! We are looking for someone who will work our AM shift from 5am-11am or PM shift from 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm or a combination of both.

What will I be doing?

As a Dining Room Attendant/Busser, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set and prepare tables/buffets for dining, including, but not limited to, cleaning, placing tableware, serving water, coffee, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good working condition and report any defects for replacement.
• Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and vacuum or sweep/mop floors as necessary.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s).
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, running food, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
