Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facility. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the site, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of facilities management.

Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the site, including maintenance, repairs, and security
- Manage a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including Fair Housing regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Respond to tenant inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
