```Duties```
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Take dental x-rays
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records

```Requirements```
- Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Certification
- Familiarity with dental terminology and coding procedures
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols and aseptic technique
- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dentist and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice. Your duties will include assisting during procedures, taking x-rays, sterilizing instruments, educating patients on oral care, and maintaining accurate records.
