Park Nicollet is Hiring a Switchboard Operator .8 FTE Near Saint Louis, MN

Position Summary:
Responsible for providing prompt, courteous and effective response to all calls into Park Nicollet Health Services through the switchboard. This includes routing calls to appropriate departments, providing patient information, paging on call physicians, code processing, and related communication services. The incumbent will be expected to comply with all Head, Heart Together competencies as related to switchboard duties.
Education/Experience:
Some post-secondary education preferred. Minimum 1 year client facing customer service required. Call center or Switchboard experience preferred.
Special Knowledge/Skills/Certifications/Licenses:
1. Experience with computers and both word processing and spreadsheet software preferred
2. Ability to type 35 WPM preferred.

Work Schedule: This position offers flexible scheduling options, accommodating both full-time and part-time employees. We are willing to hire candidates at a minimum of 0.6 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) or higher.
