Park Dental Partners is seeking a professional Team Relations (HR) and Quality Assurance Assistant. This individual will perform a variety administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the functional departments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records primarily working in the HRIS system (ADP).• Performs periodic audits of files and records to ensure that all required documents arecollected and filed appropriately.• Generates reports from the HRIS system upon request.• Assists with processing doctor and team member benefits enrollments.• Provides support in producing QA materials, QA supply monitoring, and assistance in distributing materials and supplies to practices.
• Provides clerical support to QA department and general tracking of employee and practice level QA task completions.• Assists with the execution of special events such as benefits open enrollment, organizationwide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.• Assists with daily tasks related to the management of the Resource Group (mail, currier, etc.)• Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
Education and Experience:
• Associate's degree in related field required.• Prior related office/administrative experience required.• Familiarity/experience with benefits offerings preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
