Overview

Park Dental Apollo Dental Rochester is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Preferred QualificationsProficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-pace work environmentProfessional customer serviceEffective communicator and team playerDental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday 7:30am-6:15pm with 1 hr lunch

Tueady 7:30am-5:15pm with 1 hr lunch

Wednesday 7:30am-5:15pm with 1 hr lunch

Thursday 7:30am-5:15pm with 1 hr lunch
