Provide adapted physical education instruction to students with varying disabilities
Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S. Degree
• Qualified for a Standard Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in Adapted Physical Education K-12 as issued by the Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board
• Team oriented; strong work ethic; history of professional growth; demonstrated ability to work effectively with professional team at the elementary and secondary levels, with parents, and with administration
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, work effectively with, and relate to students of different age/ability levels and with varying level of skill; provide specially designed instruction and support to students with disabilities in the least restrictive environment
• Successful teaching/student teaching experience in adaptive physical education
• Knowledge/Experience in Professional Learning Communities (PLC)

Salary: District Salary Schedule (2023-2024 Base = $51,500.00)
Employment Term: Full-time – 185-day contract
Beginning Date: 2024-2025 reporting date for new staff – August 15, 2024
