As a front counter staff member at a dry cleaners, your main responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers warmly as they enter the store.
• Assisting customers with drop-off and pick-up of their garments.
• Providing information about the services offered, including pricing, turnaround times, and special treatments.
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
• Accepting payment for services rendered and processing transactions accurately.
• Inspecting garments for any damages or special instructions and documenting them accordingly.
• Organizing and maintaining the front counter area, ensuring it's clean and well-stocked with supplies such as garment bags and order forms.
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of orders.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Upholding company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality regarding customer information and adhering to quality standards for garment care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
