DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor pickleball facilities.
• Take reservations and schedules facilities.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of courts.
• Sell and stock concessions and retail, reporting low levels and customer requests to supervisors.
• Deliver a high level of customer service by working the front desk, answering incoming calls, and assisting guests in-person for optimal guest satisfaction.
• Handles cash and credit card transactions as well as deposit receipts.
• Register players for pickleball.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Relations, front desk experience preferred.
• Point of Sale register and cash handling experience preferred.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working by yourself.
• Must have a valid state issued driver’s license with a reliable means of transportation.
• Open to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted and 30 pounds assisted
• Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions.
• Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug free workplace.
