The Investigator Meeting Planner is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with events-management vendors who provide services for global Sponsor events. You will oversee the contracting and execution of all Investigator Meetings, ensuring a positive experience for the sites, Sponsor and internal project team.

• Work with global suppliers to ensure a high level of service to the Sponsor, sites and internal project team
• Track & execute all supplier contracts for every event
• Provide support and updates to the project team throughout the Investigator Meeting process
• Track all events to identify areas to improve efficiency, quality and overall supplier performance
• Attend and contribute to vendor review meetings
• Review invoices for accuracy and provide financial reports to the Sponsor and/or internal stakeholders

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience with global event planning
• Experience with Investigator Meeting planning preferred
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel up to 10%
