Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively manage financial operations.

Duties:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization's financial health and stability

- Manage and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements

- Oversee the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budgeted targets

- Provide guidance and support to department heads in financial matters

- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions

- Stay updated on technical accounting standards and provide guidance on complex accounting issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA preferred

- Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role

- Strong knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements

- Proficient in financial statement preparation and analysis
