We are looking for a full-time Business Analyst - Carrier to join our international Product Team.

As a Business Analyst - Carrier you are the go to person for knowledge about carriers in the markets we are already in and our target markets. You coordinate the integration of new and setup of existing carriers and enhance exiting integrations.

As a digital first company, we offer greater flexibility in working location. Therefore, you can work from one of our offices in London or Munich or remotely within the UK or Germany.

• As Business Analyst Carrier you are the main point of carrier knowledge inside parcelLab and go to person for all carrier related questions
• You coordinate the integration of new carriers and the setup of clients with existing carriers
• You build strong relationships with our main carriers
• You drive the improvement of carrier integrations and internal processes

• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Hard-to-achieve goals motivate you to learn and grow
• You share our passion for technology and your strong understanding of business needs helps you improve the integrations with carriers and to add additional features
• API, json, Queue are not just words to you but you can apply the knowledge and use it
• You don't stop after reading a documentation, you are not afraid of using Postman yourself
• Precise and clear English in speaking and writing

• You have experience in working with carriers
• Experience in SaaS environment
• Any other language skills, e.g. German, French, Spanish or Italian
