We are looking for a bright professional who has outstanding communication skills, a strong work ethic and is a strategic thinker. The Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for a high-volume of data entry, maintenance of our electronic and manual filing system and the support of our accounting manager while assisting the companies to succeed!

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Building strong relationships based on effective communication with various companies and departments
• Gathering data from these groups/vendors
• Provide bookkeeping, AP, AR, Invoicing and data entry
• Creating reports, analyzing, and auditing data.
• Keeping our filing systems up to date and accurate
• Other duties that will support the growth and success of our business as they arise

Do you have?

• 1 year of experience in an accounting environment?
• Effective tracking and organizational skills?
• The ability to track and manage details meticulously?
• Patience with challenging and diverse personalities?
• The ability to manage and maintain confidential information?
• Data entry experience with programs such as Quick Books, Excel or Google sheets or related programs for at least one year?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
