Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic quality control tests and inspections on products before shipping them to clients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating equipment such as a band saw, microscope, tensile tester (UTM), MFI machine, CMM, heat plate welder, caliper, and weight scale.
• Thoroughly document all results in the provided report template. Inspect products meticulously to identify defects, including cracks, chips, and other imperfections.
• Verify that all products meet the required quality specifications.
• Ensure accurate assembly and proper labeling of all products.
• Utilize GO/NO-GO gauges to determine product quality.
• Promptly communicate any issues encountered during the quality control process to relevant team members or supervisors.
• Collaborate with the packaging team to ensure accurate packaging and timely shipment of products."

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Proven experience as a Quality Control technician or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Weekend work availability.

Physical job requirements:

Preferred to:

• Automotive Manufacturing filed experience
