Job Goal(s): To enable each child to pursue his/her education as smoothly and completely as possible in the absence of the regular teacher.

Terms: Per Diem Position; as needed position
Qualifications:

1. A regular New Jersey teaching certificate or a substitute teacher's certificate issued by the County Superintendent, OR passing score on the ParaPro exam for classroom positions.
2. Successful prior experience as a classroom teacher or paraprofessional.
3. Demonstration of familiarity with school, philosophy, program and policies.
4. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Salary: Substitute Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Paraprofessional-$24.00/hour
Substitute Classroom /Resource Room Paraprofessional-$19.05/hour
Substitute Lunch Aides-$23.45 per hour
Substitute /Bus and Office Aide-$19.55 per hour
Substitute Secretary-$19.55 per hour
