Client is in the process of transforming existing legacy Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) into modern, loosely coupled, seamlessly integrated, modular systems where the exchange of data and processes is seamless and automatic. This procurement and implementation represent one of the largest and most significant projects at Client and will impact millions of Georgians with the goal of improving health outcomes and wellness and improving system performance and efficiency.
Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to coordinate and lead the testing efforts for the Medicaid Enterprise System Transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of the application, and managing a team of testers.

Working Multi-Module and Multi-Vendor Environment
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with both manual and automated testing, including the use of testing tools.
Coordination of Cross-Functional Testing
Development of Integrated Master Test Plan
Requirements Traceability
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Knowledge of testing in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
Medicaid / Healthcare (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) testing standards and framework (strongly preferred)
State Government / Public Sector (preferred)
Project / Program Management Certification (preferred)
ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level or equivalent certification (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred)
JIRA Configuration and Administration (preferred)
Facilitation (preferred)
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
