RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Resident Care Manager (ACRM) is a direct support for the Resident Care Manager (RCM) by assisting with day-to-day nursing activities.
Responsibilities include assisting with staffing, management of nursing staff and related issues, making sure state / federal regulations are being met, training and education, and assuming the role of the RCM in his / her absence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have an active nursing license, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nursing (RN) License, in good standings
- Prior supervisory experience preferred, but not required
- Long-Term Care experience in preferred, but not required
- Experience in short-term, acute care in preferred, but not required
- Experience with Dementia preferred, but not required
