Your Responsibilities
- Assist elderly residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, bathing, transferring, eating, and more.
- Prepares, administers, and charts oral, topical, and suppositories drugs.
- Train and mentor newly hired Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to ensure they adhere to best practices in a personal care home / skilled nursing setting.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
- Previous experience in medication administration is required.
- Experience with Dementia is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Availability to work weekends.
