We Are Looking For Multiple Shot Blasters To Join Our Team In Holland, MI. ASAP!

Shot Blasters Responsibilities:

• Checking quality of product,
• Grinding and plasma cutting are a few daily responsibilities of this position.
• Continuously improve in the support of department and strive to exceed department goals
• Responsible for quality of product before shot blast and during the processing
• Create a positive work atmosphere and promote positive work environment
• Participates in the cross training of other technicians as needed to support production requirements.
• Responsible for observing all applicable safety requirements and reporting immediately any unsafe practices/conditions.
• Carries out other duties as assigned.

Shot Blasters Requirements:

• Previous experience with shot blasters or in similar position like powder coating, etc required
• Experience operating a variety of hand and power tools required
• Experience with cranes and hi-lo preferred
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with grinding and plasma cutting preferred
• Working knowledge of EPICOR ERP or similar systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (mostly unassisted)
• Regularly required to stand for prolonged periods.
