Hardscape/Nursery Laborer Responsibilities:

• Focus is on the design, installation, and maintenance of residential and commercial properties in southeastern Wisconsin
• Assure duties are completed in a timely and accurate manor
• Great written and verbal communication.
• Take direction and work well with others

Hardscape/Nursery Laborer Qualifications:

• Demonstrate the ability to carry out assigned jobs to completion
• Must be able to read, understand and write English
• Experience with plant care
• Experience with hardscaping
• Pesticide Applicator license preferred
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience operating tractors and/or skid loaders preferred. Willing to learn how to operate this equipment required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a good attendance record and be on time for work
