We are looking for multiple Civil Construction Estimator to join our team in Pocasset, MA. ASAP!

Civil Construction Estimator Requirements:

• 3 years estimating required (Construction industry, preferably heavy civil with focus on geotechnical)
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
• Precast Concrete Industry Experience preferred
• Able to communicate clearly/calmly/effectively with clients/vendors/subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Knowledge of Septic Systems, Drainage, Curbing, and/or Retaining walls
• Experience bidding and estimating project work required
• Proficient in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or Higher Education

Civil Construction Estimator Responsibilities:

• Perform takeoffs generated by the Engineer to generate quotes
• Performs all estimating duties required during the pre-construction stage
• Analyze requirement documents and project plans and specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the project
• Forecasts project costs by evaluating project requirements and specifications and determining the appropriate materials, labor, equipment, and contractors
• Peer review other estimators’ work
