We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling in-house deliveries, and providing excellent customer service to all drivers nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule in-house deliveries and communicate with drivers across multiple states.
• Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely schedule deadlines are met.
• Receive all incoming calls and provide timely email responses to/from clients inquiring about delivery ETA and costs.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and create positive relationships with auction vendors, transporters, and clients.
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding delivery times.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with auction processes a plus
• Knowledge of transportation regulations a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
