We are currently seeking a Support Staff member to join our team in the insurance industry. As a Support Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to our clients and internal team members. You will need to possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing clients to update information on their home and auto using provided templates.

• Assist in the processing of insurance policies, including data entry and verification.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate documentation.

• Maintain client files and records, ensuring confidentiality and security.

• Update and maintain client information.

• Assist in claim status updates from our insurers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a support or administrative role is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Professional demeanor, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must enjoy being on the phone as this position involves heavy phone use.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
