Daily Responsibilities: Greet occasional walk-in customers, answer incoming calls, directing general mailbox e-mails to appropriate departments, filing, reviewing A/P, reviewing A/R, mailing / e-mailing customer invoices, ordering office / warehouse supplies.

Sales Support: Contact customers advising that their order is ready. Assist with allocation of product when shipments are received. Overlap of other staff duties in case of absences. Support and assist sales representatives with data collection and customer feedback.

General Responsibilities: Develop, then maintain, a practical working knowledge of our office procedures. Proficient use of our business operating system. Learn, then contribute to, our work-flow, procedures, and enhance a collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Written and verbal English language skills. Business-appropriate manner with customers and colleagues that is positive, courteous, and genuinely helpful.
• Experience using a business operating system (SAGE MAS / Oracle NetSuite an asset)
• Experience using Microsoft Windows and Office suite.
