We are seeking to hire a dynamic, energetic and exceptional receptionist, to join our amazing team.

Must be professional and have the ability to network at all levels with strong drive and passion for success. Responsibilities include: • Operate telephone, answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments • Greet persons entering establishments, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations • Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate good communication/ phone skills • Greeting and welcoming our residents, families, and employees • Transferring calls and assisting residents as needed • Capability to multi-task and light clerical work/ tasks • Assist other personnel as requested Qualifications:  • Clerical/ prior receptionist experience preferred • Prior Long-Term Care receptionist experience a plus.
