Paramount Building Solutions is seeking cleaning professionals for day and night shift custodian positions.

As the custodian, you will assist with instilling pride and ownership in a clean environment. You are primarily responsible for the cleaning of the facility. Daily tasks may include cleaning and disinfecting the interior of the building, including floors, windows, mirrors, and carpet, emptying trash, and cleaning and maintaining restrooms.

Skills:

• Knowledge of the use and maintenance of floor care equipment
• Knowledge of how to clean and maintain various flooring options
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and their proper use
• Ability to lift and move 20 pounds
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemicals
