Weller Brothers provides the highest quality landscape design, construction and maintenance services to clients in Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities. Because we are growing, we are looking for a motivated and passionate Lawn Maintenance Technician to become part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day tasks of lawn and landscape maintenance crew including mowing and string trimming, power raking, spring and fall cleanups, aerating, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to adapt and perform other lawn care technician duties as needed
• Take direction from crew foreman and perform assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Prior lawn care experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 80 pounds
• Ability to communicate with the crew foreman in a professional, courteous manner
• Ability to take constructive criticism
• General knowledge of gardening tools and small engine equipment
• Team Player
• Self-starter
• Willingness to work long hours to get the job done on time
