Parallel Employment Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods for our clients. Our company is committed to providing businesses with top-notch staffing solutions and we are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our passion for excellence in baking.

Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a wide variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, and cakes, following established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure accurate measurements and proper mixing of ingredients.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal product quality.
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.

- Proven experience as a Baker, with a strong understanding of baking techniques and principles.
- Knowledge of various types of flours, sweeteners, and other baking ingredients.
