Parallel Employment is Hiring a Baker Near Waukesha, WI

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods for our clients. Our company is committed to providing businesses with top-notch staffing solutions and we are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our passion for excellence in baking.

*** Must be flexible to work weekends. ***

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, and cakes, following established recipes and guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate measurements and proper mixing of ingredients.
  • Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal product quality.
  • Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.

  • Proven experience as a Baker, with a strong understanding of baking techniques and principles.
  • Knowledge of various types of flours, sweeteners, and other baking ingredients.
  • Ability to operate and maintain baking equipment and tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Creative and artistic skills for decorating baked goods.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
